There is something you people need to think about as you go through these research papers. Governments, hospitals, nurse, MDs PAs, NPs, etc. are well aware of these dangers, but they are still injecting babies, children, and adults. People are being killed en masse.

However there is something that you missed and I want to help and fill in the blanks.
The Harvard Wyss Foundation was founded by Hansjörg Wyss of the Wyss Family of Escher-Wyss the company of Klaus Schwab's family so that we can certainly assume that Klaus Schwav is behind that.
Furthermore Elon Musk works together with DARPA Boston Dynamics Harvard the Wyss Foundation and the CIA on this exact technology and he calls it "Neural Lace".

If I were in charge of this graphene project, my immediate short term goal would be to achieve remote lobotomies. This would insure that my long term goals were realized.
E. Coli causes a type of meningitis but they haven’t made a meningitis vaccine to protect against it yet. I’m assuming that if they did the bacteria it contained would be dead.
The e.coli recording devices just record chemical signals apparently, not radio signals if that’s what you’re worried about. Suppose that live e.coli were added to your natural gut flora though, and a particular chemical signals were administered somehow, then it could cause them to replicate out of control and make you sick. But for their purposes they would have to find some way to put a strain of live e.coli that is harmless unless triggered to replicate excessively inside of everyone, to add permanently to their gut flora, and provide the chemical signal at will but only to those that are targeted that they want dead... or else they would force the chemical on everyone the same way they force the bacteria if they want to kill virtually everyone. An oral vaccine would be the best way to do that, but first people would have to be convinced that a live GMO bacteria is harmless. Would likely be a soft sell if they spin it as a “probiotic vaccine”, a new type of vaccine that seems more natural and safer using ingested friendly bacteria instead of injected toxic but dead bacteria and other stuff. Radiofrequency activated bacteria would work better since they could target it like a laser beam at whoever they want. But how would that work? Are they too tiny to be affected by such long wavelengths? Apparently the Epstein-Barr virus can be reactivated by ELF radiation which has vastly longer wavelengths.
